Reviews and Ratings
The hotel had clean and comfy rooms, but the heating was a bit of an issue. The service was top class, despite one staff member being snotty. The location was excellent for visiting our son in Headingly, but not so tranquil due to the nearby ring road. The dining options were extensive and delicious. Overall, a pleasant stay with minor drawbacks.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were beautiful, especially the one I moved to in the old manor part after finding the first room a bit noisy. However, the view from that initial room was disappointing. The bathrooms were decent but lacked some toiletries. The breakfast was outstanding with a wide variety of delicious options. The staff were exceptionally polite and efficient, making our dining experience enjoyable. The location was ideal for a special event, although some aspects need improvement.
The hotel offers a pleasant and value-for-money stay with slightly dated and smaller rooms. The service was friendly but slightly preoccupied at times. Great location for free parking and easy access to Leeds city center, though some facilities may need improvement. Dining experience varied, with some disappointments in food quality.
